I have tried the online thing and all that I shared here has worked for me and it is still working if you are ready and hardworking to do it.

The fact is the real estate market is fierce these days, and these days there are many real estate companies and agents around and struggling to make a deal. 

Buyers are increasingly every day looking to do more work online research about real estate before buying a particular land or house.

So, If you’re not active, engaging, and networking online, then you’re missing out. 

Right here just follow and read how to use social media effectively to market your real estate business and this will differentiate you from other a real estate agent out there.

1. Create a Niche For Yourself.

The first thing if starting out is to create a niche for yourself in the real estate business.

This is to make you stand out in a particular niche. Like if you are a real estate agent who specializes in rentals. Another example is real estate developers, by going into a different niche it will make clients to refer you immediately especially in saturated real estate business in Nigeria

I see some real estate agent post but they do one mistake on social media posting home listings only. 

Post land and homes for sale don’t provide value to anyone that isn’t currently in the market to buy a home. As a real estate agent, you need to share the value-rich content on these social media platforms. 

When creating valuable content for your real estate business, You can sometimes incorporate lead magnets into your valuable posts; this will help in getting potential buyers’ contact details.

In addition, valuable content on your page attracts new followers and audience.

Make use of images as you post on social media platforms. This is very important. 

Just showcase updates and the best side of the estate or land you are selling and write good content about it. Your images must be of high-quality that people could admire when they see it.

Build a friendship relationship with your past clients and new ones too. Build a relationship with new clients and close the deal to make them buy and also refer potential buyers to you since they trusted you already.

Don’t stop from there, keep building a solid relationship! Send or call them on birthday, anniversaries, graduation to celebrate with them. I tell you this they love it and feel so special reaching out to them. Just connect with them when it’s not really a business deal.

One of the most useful real estate marketing ideas we can develop today is the use of building a community on social media platforms. 

Create a community of like-minded individuals, build that community and market to them.

For example, you can create a page on Facebook; or create a real estate forum platform of your own.


17. Make Yourself Easy and Available to Contact.

Add your contact information on every page of your website and social media platforms. Make it more appealing for them to contact you immediately.
