The resource page is a highlight and tools to what you can use in starting a real estate business for first time real estate investors.

If you have a special situation or still aren’t sure about what tool to use, feel free to contact me. I’m happy to help out.

Property Listing Services

Jiji.ng is one of the highest-traffic websites in Nigeria today for buying and selling real estate. I’ve used Jiji.ng for almost every single property that I’ve sold over the past 3 years. I would highly recommend it.

Nigeria Property Center also has one of the highest visited traffic. Specially for agents and real estate companies. What I like about them is how they drive Nigerians in diasporas to your property listing.  This site will give you an easy (and free) medium to do reach thousands of people in a matter of minutes. It’s a great way to reach prospect for home buyers and agents too.

Real Estate Websites & Online Marketing

NameCheap is one of the most cost-effective ways to build an entry-level website. Whether you’re looking to create a blog – this service can easily be the one-stop shop for your domain name, hosting plan and WordPress infrastructure.

AgentPress Pro is one of the best WordPress themes on the market today. I have not really tried this but while it’s not the most user-friendly option for web design novices, this theme can be used to build out just about any type of real estate website.

Facebook is a super marketing tool I used to market any real estate deals and get leads. You can try it out by watching my videos

Google Adwords is another tool for Search Engine Optimization (SEO)  and marketing too. I used this to promote my blog posts and some real estate deals.

Communication Tools

Mail Chimp is one of the leading email management platforms and I have been using it. It is one of the most effective ways to send bulk emails to your buyers list (and any other lists you may want to create), notifying them of your new properties and/or opportunities to do business.

 Research

Google Earth has long been one of the most useful tools I know about when it comes to finding accurate and reliable data on the topography, surroundings, elevations, street views and much more of the properties I’m researching.
